Adjudication is a statutory right available to parties of a construction contract to settle disputes.

The statutes providing adjudication are: Housing Grants, Construction & Regeneration Act 1998, updated with Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.

Adjudication has a tight timetable, designed to give a quick resolution to disputes.

Our Managing Director, John Wilson, is a qualified construction adjudicator and included on the RICS Panel of Adjudicators for Low Value Disputes.

Through the experience of working in the front line as a quantity surveyor on a range of projects and disputes, John is able to call on this experience to decides disputes.
